Free help hour

Why I do this

I built my business by explaining things for free.

A large part of my business has been built on explaining things for free to people who don't have other options.

Running a business is hard enough without trying to figure it all out alone. Sometimes what you need most is someone to sit down with you, look at what's really going on, and explain it in plain language.

So if you're struggling and can't pay for help, I'll spend an hour of my time helping you understand your situation and the basic solutions that fit your constraints.

What we'll do together

01

Look at what's going on

Tell me what's keeping you up at night. Bring whatever you have: a spreadsheet, a bank statement, your sales numbers, or just your questions.

02

Explain your options

I'll explain what I see in plain language and walk you through the basic solutions that fit your time, money and team.

03

Leave with a first step

You'll leave knowing what to do next and how to do it yourself, with tools you already have or free ones.

Bring your questions

No question is too basic

Here are a few good places to start.

  • Where is my money going?
  • Am I actually making a profit?
  • Which numbers should I watch?
  • My records are a mess. Where do I start?
  • Why are sales slowing down?
  • Should I raise my prices?
  • Can a free tool do this for me?
  • Should I be using AI for this?
  • How do I stop doing this by hand?
